What an amazing start to winter 2022! With ski in- ski out and lifts turning from the 4th of June, we are hoping that the snow gods are smiling on us for the next four months.
Milch welcomes some happy returning faces in our staff this year, we have a slightly different operating schedule due to staffing shortages and risk of COVID lockdowns, but we hope that we will be able to function as normally as possible.
Our short brekkie offering includes the brekkie burritos and the egg n bacon rolls, our lunches see the return of burgers, tacos, tasty soups and all your favourite baked treats.
Dinner is with a strong italian theme, steaks, home made gnocchi, pasta, fish and of course the Milch parmy/parma.

For those of you that missed it, Milch launched the "mountain gin company"in 2021 and we are pleased to present the "snowflake gin"and the "summer gin". We will be launching our Australian dry gin in July. Guests can purchase bottles at Milch to take home a little momento of Falls Creek and their happy holiday memories.
