Can you believe that it has been 4 years since a normal season for us in Falls Creek?

2020 began with bushfires, the loss of our summer season and then the loss of two winter seasons due to covid. And now, again, the loss of the summer season completely due to the landslide closing access to Falls Creek.

After pivoting more times than a professional ballerina, I decided during the 2022 season, that Milch would be rebranded, a new format and that I would look for some new talent to run the venue. 

Milch Cafe Bar in Falls Creek is now Ory's Falls Creek, in tribute to Ory who ran Snow Haven, now where Frueuaf Village stands. It made sense to link history and the future of Falls Creek together and Ory's location, at the base of Ory's trail, means that no day should end without stopping in for a drink.

What does that mean for Milch? 

Milch is now soley focused on events and catering using our food truck,

the growth of The Mountain Gin Company and creating a life/ work balance that was previously missing from my life.
